Delivery
The preferred delivery method is Courier-Post. This is a flat rate of $5.25 . Alternatively, you may choose to use FastPost, but this is at your own risk. The FastPost charge will vary depending on the value of your order. Your delivery charge will be calculated when you place your order.
Delivery Times
I make every effort to ship within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please note that any order placed on a non-business day will be processed the next business day.
Important: My prices are so low because I buy in bulk. This means that it's sometimes necessary for me to consolidate several customer orders for me to get an acceptable price, so allow up to 10 working days for delivery (although it will normally be much less than this).
International Orders
MyBeads.co.nz only deals in New Zealand at present.
Returns
I offer a 14 day money-back guarantee. All items must be returned within 14 days of date of dispatch. All items must be in new condition.
Backorders
If I am unable to supply an order item due to backordering, i will inform you of this, and the expected delivery time and give you the choice of waiting for the delivery, or cancelling the order/item.
